Chris Miller

We are thrilled to have Chris back in our program.  After taking a year off of coaching she returns to the 12 and  under program.  A college player that earned many of honors as a middle Blocker. Chris is currently teaching Physical Education at New Roads in Santa Monica.  Chris makes the game fun for the youger teams yet teaches them how to compete.  Chris participates in the USAV National Open Championships each and every year finishing higher than then were originally ranked. Chris has over 15 years experience working with children and coaching volleyball which makes her a natural! Chris is happily married with two young childern, Skyler, who participates in our Boys Program.

Nichols Peyton 
Nichols was a 4 year Varsity OH/MB/OP for CSU Monterey Bay (03-06). She served as Team captain in '06 season while earning Scholar Athlete, Cum Laude and Honor Roll achievements. While attending school in CSU Monterey Bay, Nichols worked Summer Volleyball Camp with girls 12-18. Nichols comes to Pacific Palisades Volleyball Club via a 2 year stint with Mizuno Club Long Beach where she coached 2 teams. She served as a 14 and under coach and an Assistant with the 16's team. Nichols is a Self-Motivated, Organized, Responsible, Reliable, Outcomes-Based Achievement-Oriented coach that provides a fun environment for kids to learn the game of volleyball. Nichols is currently work in an Administrative Role with an After-School Program in LAUSD. This will be her 3rd year with PPVBC.

15's Black
Carlos Gray
Carlos was a 1st team All Conference, 2nd team all league Junior College All Western State Conference-Santa Monica College. Head Varsity Girls and Boys @ Malibu High School 8 Years where he has won numerous titles with boys and girls. 2005 Boys Junior Olympic Volleyball Championship Silver Medalist, 14 and under. Carlos has also served as an Asst. with the Pali 15's (2006) and Pali 17's (2008) Gold Medal teams and Bronze medal Pali 16's (2007) team. Carlos has over 20 years working with young athletes in a variety of sports and competitive levels. Carlos is fundamentally sound coach that has a passion for the game that allows his players to compete at a level they never thought they could!  This will be his 9th year with Pacific Palisades Volleyball Club. Carlos is currently a Resource Specialist @ Malibu High School.

Collin Williamson
'06 earned Junior College All-State Honors. 2008 Junior College Comference Player of the year. 1st Team All CIF player @ St. Monica. 2-time All tournament player @ USJOVC. Junior Varisty Assistant @ St. Monica '05. Junior Varsity and Varsity Asst. @ Malibu HS 2006-Present. This will be his 5th year as a coach after playing 6 years for PPVBC. Collin is currently a student @ Santa Monica College where his will pursue his education and play Collegiate Volleyball.

Quin Lucken
Two time WSC 1st team All Conference Player at Santa Monica College. 2009 All State Middle Blocker Selection. 2008 Student Athlete of the year. In 2007-2008 Junior Varsity Coach and Varsity Assistant @ Aptos High School in Northern California as well as CCVC 17's-1's Head Coach. In 2008-2009, he served as an Assistant Coach for the  Boys Pali 18 Black Kaepa team and Pali 15 Kaepa team. Aside from his Club and High School coaching experience Quinn has worked at variety of Volleyball Camps in Northern California for the past 5 years. Quinn is currenlty a student at Santa Monica College and hopes to pursue his Collegiate Volleyball Career while entering a 4-year University.

17's Kaepa
Angela Olinghouse 
Angela was a 4 year Varsity OH/RS hitter for Taylor University (Upland, Indiana) earning two trips to NAIA National Tournament with a best finish of Elite Eight. After her playing career Angela coached for various Club volleyball organizations in Indiana. Angela brings over 12 years of Club Volleyball coaching to PPVBC. She is currently the Junior Varsity coach for both Boys and Girls @ Windward High School. Angela graduated from Taylor University with a Degree in Business Administration, and she currently works as an Executive Recruiter in the Pacific Palisades. This is her 3rdyear with PPVBC.
